| The best customer service around! I just started ordering online and I've ordered cigars from many different sites. Smoke Inn is by far the best. They are the only ones that put humi packs in your order and they are packaged with care. I love digging through all the peanuts to find my order. Today I even found a few freebies in in there! | Received my first order today, by far the best in the industry. I belong to two cigar of the month clubs and they dont take the care that smoke inn provided. | Just made my first online purchase with Smoke Inn as I have always been hesitant about doing so other than my B&M store. Let me say that I was thoroughly impressed with the timeliness, care in shipping, and personal note saying thanks. That impresses me alot. Then I open my beautiful package and must say that the Herrera Estella was wonderful, lit up smoothly, burned evenly, tasted great. A very enjoyable smoke and have already ordered more. Not only did I receive my shipment of cigars within a few days of ordering, but I also received a personally hand-written thank you note, as well as a really cool, high quality Smoke Inn hat. What an awesome, unexpected bonus! | Hi, Just got my Cigar Obsession sampler pack, and I have to say I'm delighted and impressed. This was the first time I ordered from you guys, and the actual first time I had a sampler sent in a cardboard box package. They came in completely good and undamaged, and I appreciated that you packed them with humidity packs (another first). After a mildly hectic day at work, I immediately opened it and smoked the Alec Bradley Maxx Culture down to less than an inch, and I'm going to order a box of these soon from you. It's very tough to keep my humidor around 70% up here in Washington State (despite the rain, this climate can be very dry, humidity speaking), so after getting these it makes me want to move down to Florida even more.
