CIGARSSmoke Inn currently ships to select international destinations using USPS Priority Mail, with final delivery generally completed by the applicable regional carrier.
Processing Schedule
Please allow 2–5 business days for international order processing.
Smoke Inn’s fulfillment facility is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders, shipments, and verification requests are not processed on weekends.
International transit times generally range from 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination, customs processing, and regional carrier. All international delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the destination country and whether the order is shipped with or without the original cigar boxes.

Save on Shipping — No Boxes
Customers may select No Boxes at checkout to reduce international shipping costs.
When this option is selected, cigars will be removed from their original boxes and shipped as loose cigars. The original cigar boxes will not be included in the shipment.
Boxes included with international orders may be opened and inspected for damage prior to shipment.
Customs, Duties & Import Requirements
The purchaser is responsible for understanding and complying with all local and national tobacco laws and import regulations applicable in the destination country.
The customer is also responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed in connection with the shipment.
International orders are limited to a maximum of 80 cigars per order.
Returned International Packages
If an international package is returned to Smoke Inn, the customer may receive a refund for the merchandise less the original shipping charge.
If the customer requests that the order be shipped again, a new shipping charge must be paid before the package can be reshipped.
First-Time International Customer Verification
All first-time international customers are required to complete a one-time identity verification before their first order can be shipped.
Smoke Inn uses iDenfy for international customer identity verification.
The verification link is typically emailed within 1 business day after the order is placed.
Once the verification email is sent, the customer has 72 hours to complete the verification process.
When the customer clicks the verification link, a 20-minute verification session begins. The verification must be completed during that session. Failure to complete the process within the allotted time will result in a failed verification attempt.
If a second verification link is required, the customer may be charged a $9.95 fee for the additional verification request.
If the required identity verification is not successfully completed within the permitted verification period, the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded.
