El Mago Offender

Built as one half of a two-cigar concept from El Mago Cigars, The Offender takes on the more aggressive side of the pairing. Crafted alongside El Mago Defender, the cigars play off a sword-and-shield theme, with The Offender wielding the blade through a fuller, more forceful blend and gold-accented presentation.

Rolled at the MGE Cigars Factory in Nicaragua, The Offender is a 6½" x 52 toro featuring an Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed wrapper over a Nicaraguan Criollo binder and Nicaraguan fillers. The blend was created to contrast with The Defender’s Cameroon-wrapped profile while still sharing the same Nicaraguan core.

The Offender cigar is intended to bring more edge and intensity to the duo, with the Sumatra wrapper adding weight and spice to the all-Nicaraguan interior. Smoked on its own, it offers the bolder side of El Mago’s sword-and-shield concept, while pairing it with The Defender shows how the two blends were built to play against one another.
