Order Tracking

Once your shipping label has been generated, tracking information will automatically be emailed to the email address associated with your order. Tracking emails are sent from tracking@shipstation.com.

If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can also access your tracking information at any time by logging into your Smoke Inn account:

1. Go to My Orders

2. Locate the order you wish to track

3. Click the Tracking link associated with that order

The tracking link will take you directly to the shipping carrier’s website with your tracking number automatically entered.

Please note that tracking information may not show movement immediately after a shipping label is generated. Carrier tracking will update once the package enters the carrier’s shipping network.
