In 2010, Tatuaje released one of the company's most beloved limited projects in their 20-year history: Tatuaje Pork Tenderloin. The cigars were rolled as a larger-sized offshoot of the Tatuaje Porkchop, being cleverly packaged in butcher paper, complete with "safe handling instructions" on the label.

Thankfully, for us cigar nerds, Tatuaje owner, Pete Johnson, has been feeling nostalgic as of late, and has slowly begun reintroducing some of Tatuaje's biggest hits; sometimes even tweaking the recipe for a fun spin on an old favorite... Such is the case with the Tatuaje Lomo de Cerdo Tuxtla cigar, which swaps the Broadleaf wrapper of the original Pork Tenderloin for a new San Andrés maduro experience.

Logically, lomo de cerdo is the Spanish variation of a pork loin, and the cigar can similarly be thought of as a familiar flavor experience with a fun twist. Rolled in the same 5⅛" x 52 format as the original, the cigars boast a similar core recipe of all-Nicaraguan binder/filler. Adding a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper, the Tatuaje Lomo de Cerdo Tuxtla cigar showcases a medium-full intensity and oily flavor 'til the last puff! The cigars are a limited treat for 2023, being offered in bundles of 25 cigars while supplies last.
