La Aroma de Cuba Pasion

La Aroma de Cuba Pasión puts the focus squarely on the García family’s Nicaraguan tobacco, using leaf grown across three of their family estates. Blended by José “Don Pepin” García and Jaime García for Ashton, the cigar takes its name from the <em>passion</em> behind the craft while giving the LADC portfolio a distinctly Nicaraguan expression.

Crafted at the My Father Cigars factory in Nicaragua, Pasión is a Nicaraguan puro built around a shade-grown Habano wrapper from the Namanji valley, east of Estelí. The region’s warm days, cooler nights, fertile black soil, and river-fed terrain help give the wrapper its character, while Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos complete the blend.

The La Aroma de Cuba Pasión cigar delivers a medium-to-full-bodied profile with notes of smoked cashew, cedar, leather, molasses, nougat, and spice. The result is a rich, balanced smoke that highlights the character of the García family’s Namanji-grown tobacco while staying firmly within the fuller style associated with La Aroma de Cuba.
