Have faith in the Rubins! Yes, Blind Faith was the first project from Alec and Bradley Rubin, sons of Alan Rubin, who named his now-famous company after his boys when debuting in 1996. Now venturing on their own, A&B first crafted this medium-bodied blend using a variety of tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras. This includes Nicaraguan Criollo ’98 and Corojo ’99 in the filler, a double binder from both countries, and a dark Honduran Corojo wrapper from the famed Trojes region. The cigar is well balanced, with standout notes of zesty cabinet spices, earth, and toasted nuts.
