ADVentura Blackfin’s Parlay continues the brand’s ongoing pirate saga, bringing together two sides of the story that had previously been at odds. In ADV lore, the cigar represents the parlay between the crews of Barbarroja’s Invasion and Blue Eyed Jack’s Revenge, shifting the narrative from conflict to uneasy peace while opening another chapter in the Captain’s Collection.

Crafted at Tabacalera Mina del Rey (ADV's factory in the Dominican Republic), Blackfin’s Parlay features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over Dominican binder and filler tobaccos. The blend was refined by Henderson Ventura following its initial appearance in the Captain’s Collection sampler, eventually expanding into corona, robusto, and toro sizes for its standalone release.

Where some ADVentura releases lean heavily into elaborate packaging and storytelling, Blackfin’s Parlay lets the blend do more of the talking. The Dominican core and Sumatra wrapper come together for a balanced, flavorful profile that fits the cigar’s place in the story, serving as the point where two rival crews finally find common ground.
