| I was fortunate to receive a gift certificate which I redeemed online. My order arrived very quickly, safely packed in thick ziplock bags adorned with Abe's smilin' face. Each bag contained a Humidipak and the cigars arrived in perfect condition. I was surprised to also receive a nice hat and a personalized note thanking me for my order. | I had won a gift certificate and ordered online and picked out a few more besides what the GC covered. I did this in the afternoon on Fri. 1PM my time so 4 in FL. Order was simple and user friendly. My doorbell rang before noon on Monday and to my surprise, there was my order. Incredible customer service and look forward to my next order.
