| I ordered a box of cigars only to find out after waiting about a week that there was a communication issue that kept my order from shipping. After contacting Izy (I hope that's spelled right) we got everything squared away and he even waived the shipping fee and upgraded the shipping to overnight!

| First heard about the site while watching a CO Live Show where Abe was the guest. Seemed like a real stand up guy, who stood behind his brand so I decided to take a look at the website. Ordered something I found that sounded interesting, and it arrived very quickly, was packaged well, and even included a hand written note, which was an excellent touch in today's world! | I am very pleased with the customer service this company provides and the products they deliver. When I received my most recent order it included a note apologizing for the extra time it took to get the order to my residence. It wasn't necessary or required for them to do this but they did it anyways. That action has cemented my already sturdy foundation of trust I have in this company.
