For the 2025 edition, the focus shifts to a dark Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper, marking a new chapter in the Chef Special’s trajectory. Beneath the surface lies a Nicaraguan binder and fillers, all rolled at A.J. Fernández's San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua—a now-familiar home for the Knuckle Sandwich portfolio. This year’s wrapper swap signals a move toward deeper richness and complexity, building on the fuller-bodied direction that began with the previous Broadleaf release.
