I was impressed with the prompt and personal service provided by Smoke Inn. I will continue to order from this online source. The cigars were fresh and smoked well. One small complaint...the NUB 3 piece accessory set I received had a cigar case that was scuffed and poorly sewn.

i received my order of a box of El Tiante Habano Oscuro i was absolutely blown away by the swift and fast delivery of my order (i live near the west coast). i tried two other on line retailers before i found you. one tried to substitute another type and brand. i attempted to contact the second by phone and email and it took two days for them to respond to a question i had. i cancelled my order with both. keep up the good work. i intend to make you guys my go to cigar dealer.
