| What a great company. I got a timely notification that the cigars I wanted were in stock and called to place an order. Not only was the order filled but I got a 20% discount due to a little problem I had while trying to order on-line.
I talked to, I believe, Izy, who was extremely apologetic, very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The cigars arrived in perfect shape and were shipped, probably, on the day I placed the order. | Cigars were great, they were received quickly. I stated out with CO and tried 10 different cigars they were all great however I especially enjoyed two so I went back and order them. Great source of information and cigars and accessories.

I only get to Florida about 3 times a year but the guys know me and say that Illinois is in the house when I stop in. Next day I get a call from smokeinn saying they don't have the size (robusto) but gave me the option to upsize at no cost to me so they could get my order shipped out to me asap.
