I bought a box online for a special occasion here after doing some price shopping, and put the order in a few weeks in advance, just to be sure. Sometimes lower prices mean less customer service and attention to detail. The cigars arrived a couple of days after the order, along with a handwritten thank you note and a free ball-cap. This level of customer service is totally unheard of nowadays. Way to go, Smoke Inn!!!

Where to begin? I'll separate this review into two parts: the cigars, and the service.

1) The Cigars. Cigars were shipped the evening that I placed the order. They arrived quickly, and were in immediately smokable condition. Clearly SmokeInn is taking proper care of their cigars in terms of properly humidifying them. I ordered both a box as well as several individual cigars. The box was plastic-sealed so as to not lose humidity. Loose cigars were placed in seperate bags by type (I had a couple of Java Mint which were kept in a separate bag so that the mint wouldn't carry over) which also included matches and a Boveda humidifying pack. All cigars were packed with plenty of packing material. These were cigars that were well taken care of- the carrier would have really had to work to destroy them.

2) The Service. Such incredible people. I realized the next day that I wanted to order more cigars and asked if they could be added to my first order. They apologized (and clearly meant it) that they couldn't because my first order had gone out. Never had a company apologize for their own efficiency. They also threw in a nice hat, and two hand-written notes with my orders. These personal touches are really great. Finally, I chatted with Lindsay both via e-mail and on the phone. I'm pretty new to cigars, and she was invaluable in straightening out some of my misconceptions, as well as genuinely listening to me when I explained my preferences. Every other time I've explained that I don't care for spicy cigars, I'm recommended cigars which are invariably spicy. She was the first one to actually recommend ones that aren't, because she listened to me and actually believed me. She was friendly and helpful in working with me to determine what humidity I should keep my humidor at to keep my cigars properly, given my climate. And e-mails were always swiftly answered. I can not talk these people up enough, I am so pleased to have ordered from them. It's companies like SmokeInn who clearly still remember what it used to mean to be an American company- excellent service, excellent prices, excellent products. I only wish I'd found them sooner.

Smoke Inn is a Class Act!!

Every order I have placed has had a hand written letter and a free gift it's customer service like this that is missing from so many other companies!! Trust me once you buy with these guys you will never shop online again. And if something isn't right with your order they will go out of their way to make it right, they have a customer for life right here in OK!!
