NUB Cameroon 358 - 5 Pack

The Nub cigar is a concept that seeks to deliver only the most enjoyable part of the cigar. The idea for the Nubs came from the theory that a cigar finds its "sweet spot" at the 3 - 4 inch point. Further adding to this complex theory, the ring gauges range from 56-66. The result is a range of smokes that have the same amount of tobacco as any Churchill or even Presidente. Unbelievably, they also smoke as long. Grown in Cameroon Africa, this wrapper has a distinct flavor and character. Cameroon Wrapper is thin and toothy, yet it delivers rich notes of cedar and coffee. This blend is complimented by a 4x66 box pressed torpedo.

  • John Caro - NUB Cameroon 358
One of the first Oliva's that I ever smoked and got me hooked on Cameroon. Great medium smoke and the spicy sweetness of the Cameroon wrapper compliments the underlying notes of cedar and leather. Long burn and smooth draws keep this cigar in my regular rotation.
  • Aaron Brown - NUB Cameroon 358
This cameroon-wrapped nub is a complex, medium bodied smoke with hints of cedar and coffee. It will make a nice addition to your cigar humidor for any occasion, as a 30 to 40 minute smoke to enjoy any time of day.
  • Ryan Nehus - NUB Cameroon 358
Very pungent room note that is not so pleasant. I did not mind the cigar but it was not good enough for me to buy again.
  • John Kenny - NUB Cameroon 464T Torpedo
I thought these were just a gimmicky series of smokes. I'm glad I was wrong. These are solid smokes. (And they take up less soace in the humidor.) This is a great example of a fine smoke with a Cameroon wrapper. Great construction. Medium strength and body. Nutty flavors with plenty of coffee.
  • David Moorhead - NUB Cameroon 460 - 5 Pack
This Camaroon Nub is my favorite. I grabbed my 1st Nub thinking it would be a quick cigar, but they last about an hour! The earthy full flavors are there from the 1st puffs. The pepper is even more pronounced on the retro. These leave a almost sweet toasty flavor that keeps me salivating and try to detect other flavors of hay and wheat bread. The construction and burn are normally good and requires no touch ups. But on occasion the end gets a little soft right at the taper. All around a great cigar that seems to be just right when kept at 65%rh or lower and after resting in my humidor for at least a month.
