Age Requirement

SmokeInn.com sells age-restricted tobacco products and is intended solely for persons 21 years of age or older.

By using SmokeInn.com or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase the products ordered.

Additional age or identity verification may be required in accordance with our Age Verification Policy.

Orders & Payment

Payment is charged when the customer completes and submits the order.

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, age verification, fraud review, product availability, and these Terms of Use.

Smoke Inn reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel an order prior to shipment when reasonably necessary for verification, fraud prevention, inventory issues, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

If Smoke Inn cancels an order that has already been paid, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Billing Information & Fraud Prevention

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

Smoke Inn may use address-verification, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, and payment-processing services to validate an order.

An order may be held or cancelled if the information provided cannot be successfully verified.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for shipment.

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed.

The estimated availability or shipping timeframe will be stated on the applicable product page.

If additional merchandise is purchased in the same order as a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together when the pre-order item becomes available.

Estimated arrival and shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturer, carrier, production, customs, or other delays outside Smoke Inn’s control.

Special Drop Deposits

Certain limited or future releases may be offered through a deposit program rather than a traditional pre-order.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

An estimated product-arrival timeframe will be provided when the deposit is offered.

When the product becomes available, customers will be notified by email and through the SmokeInn.com notification center.

Customers will have 30 days from notification to pay the remaining balance due.

If the remaining balance is not paid within the 30-day period, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.

Pricing, Product Information & Availability

Smoke Inn makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, photographs, availability, and other website information.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

Smoke Inn reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, descriptive, inventory, or other errors and to cancel or modify an affected order when reasonably necessary.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

Limited, rare, allocated, or promotional products may be subject to quantity limits or other restrictions.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

The amount of tax charged may vary depending on the shipping destination and applicable state or local requirements.

Online Pricing & Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, pricing, promotions, Reward Programs, promotional codes, and other offers displayed on SmokeInn.com apply to online purchases only.

Online pricing and promotions may differ from those offered at Smoke Inn retail locations.

Promotional codes and exclusions are governed by our Coupon & Promotional Code Policy.

Reward Points and Reward Certificates are governed by our Smoke Inn Online Rewards Program.
