Discrepancies or Issues With Your Order

All discrepancies, claims, or issues must be submitted via email to info@smokeinn.com.
You must notify Smoke Inn of any discrepancies or issues with an order within five (5) business days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
Smoke Inn is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Any claims or disputes after delivery confirmation are solely between the recipient and the carrier. If this is a concern, customers are encouraged to select signature confirmation at checkout to ensure the package is not left unattended.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Refunds/exchanges are processed after inspection
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
Incorrect items shipped by Smoke Inn will be corrected at no cost to the customer.

Age Verification & Identity Authentication
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products.
To protect our customers and comply with age-verification and fraud-prevention requirements for the products we sell, Smoke Inn utilizes an automated third-party verification process at checkout. In most cases, this process is completed instantly and without interruption.
In a small percentage of cases, the automated system may be unable to fully verify an order. When this occurs, a one-time identity verification will be required before the order can be processed and shipped.
This additional step is implemented solely to:
- Protect customers from unauthorized use of payment information
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
For this process, we partner with iDenfy, a globally trusted leader in secure e-commerce identity verification. iDenfy is used by financial institutions, payment processors, and regulated retailers worldwide. All information submitted is handled using encrypted, industry-standard security protocols.
Failure to complete the verification process within the required timeframe may result in order cancellation and refund.
Customer Validation & Fraud Prevention
For the protection of both the customer and Smoke Inn, orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held for review.
- Additional verification may be required prior to shipment
- A representative may attempt to contact you if necessary
- Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded
- Manual review may delay shipment
All billing information must match the cardholder’s details through the Address Verification System (AVS). Orders that fail verification checks may be declined.
Smoke Inn reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment
- Require identity verification at its sole discretion
- Limit or restrict transactions deemed high-risk
CUSTOMER REWARDS PROGRAM
Customers earn rewards based on cumulative spending.
- A $15 reward certificate is issued upon reaching 300 points
- Rewards are issued after the qualifying order has shipped and is completed
- Rewards are delivered via email
- Maximum of three (3) reward certificates per order
- Rewards expire in 60 days of issuance.
Smoke Inn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
COUPON CODES & DISCOUNT CODES
Coupon and discount codes may be applied at checkout but are subject to the following restrictions:
- Not valid on items marked “No promotional codes or offers available”
- Not valid on limited releases, rare items, closeouts, samplers (select), custom samplers
- Not valid on Cigar of the Month Club, gift cards, or ticketed events
- Only one (1) code per order
Smoke Inn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders for in-stock items placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same or next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday (excluding holidays)
- Tracking information is automatically emailed once a shipping label is created
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates
Important Notes:
- Please allow 1–3 additional business days for processing during special releases or high-volume promotions
- Orders over $250 paid via PayPal may require signature confirmation
- SmokeInn.com does not ship to freight forwarding services
Shipping Liability & Delivery Responsibility
Smoke Inn is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a customer chooses, through any carrier application, portal, or third-party service, to redirect, reroute, hold, forward, or otherwise alter the delivery of a shipment from the original shipping address provided at the time of order, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package.
In such cases:
- Smoke Inn is no longer responsible for the delivery of the package
- Smoke Inn will not be liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Smoke Inn will not file or assist with claims on behalf of the customer

Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 6% processing fee to cover non-refundable merchant fees.
Customers may alternatively opt for a full store credit (gift certificate) with no fees deducted.

- Account suspension or termination
- Refusal of future service
Account Suspension & Termination
Smoke Inn reserves the absolute right, in its sole and final discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any customer account at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason whatsoever.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse
- Misuse or manipulation of promotions, rewards, or limited releases
- Violations of these Terms & Conditions
- Any activity deemed detrimental to Smoke Inn’s operations, reputation, or customers
Smoke Inn shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from such suspension or termination.
