The Perdomo 30th Anniversary Connecticut Churchill delivers an elegant, extended smoking session that fully showcases the blend's remarkable aging and craftsmanship. Fifteen-year-aged Nicaraguan tobaccos combine with a bourbon barrel-aged Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper to produce refined flavors of cedar, buttered toast, toasted almonds, white pepper, and rich butterscotch sweetness that remain balanced throughout the entire smoke.

Michel Schryer - Perdomo 30th Anniversary Connecticut Churchill (Verified buyer)
As a long time smokker of the 10th Anniversary Champagne Churchill, I was anxious to taste the new 30th Anniversary Connecticut Churchill. I am not disappointed. Somewhat reminiscent of the Small Batch Reserve, I find this cigar stronger than the 10th Anniversary by about 25%. There is a lot of smoke and the mouth feel is pleasant. The wrapper and overall construction is superb and the cigar produces a strong dark gray ash. Missing is the vegetal initial taste of the 10th on lighting and I think that this is a good thing. I find the extra $3 a stick a bit too much. Were they the same price, I would gladly alternate between the two. My tastebuds aren’t sophisticated enough to pick out leather or pepper or whatever, but I can say that this is a successful assembly of quality tobaccos. Four Stars. Five if priced like the 10th.
