  This is the best Connecticut cigar that has hit retailer shelves in years, and there is a reason for that. Willy Herrera and FSG tobacco.
  I'm not going to be one of "those guys" and say that this isn't your grandfather's Connecticut, but it's not!
  Hands down one of the spiciest Connecticut cigars on the market today. And to top it off, it has FSG tobacco in it, grown right here in Florida!

  The CT shade and FSG together really didn't work for me. There was a bitter element throughout that overpowered the creamy finesse of the wrapper.

  I am a Drew Estate fan. I have been smoking their sticks since 2005. This one caught me off guard. I was expecting a light smoke instead but I got hit with some very light pepper. It is smooth and mellow but has just that little slap in the face. I said slap not smack. Never had to nurse one these. Even burn and lots of smoke which is typical for drew estate.

  Don't let the Connecticut wrapper fool you, this is a cigar full of flavors thanks in part to the FSG tobacco that resides within. The flavor profile is definitely one that brings you back to the farm like experience with woody earthy tones and a slight peppery bitterness. It is worth giving it a go to get a full medium bodied Connecticut experience.
