New for 2025, the series includes the Warhead 11 alongside the long-requested Warhead 1 Re-Up and Warhead 6 Re-Up, revisiting two of the most iconic blends in the line’s history.

Each cigar is rolled at AJ Fernández's San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua, making use of AJ's top-tier tobaccos and craftsmanship. The Warhead 11 debuts in a 6¾” x 54 oval-pressed figurado, marking the first use of this format in the series. Built around an all-Nicaraguan core and sheathed in a dark Nicaraguan Broadleaf wrapper, the blend leans hard into power, with intensified richness and spice. The Warhead 1 Re-Up stays true to its 6½” x 54 box-pressed toro form, delivering a dense, heavy-hitting profile that made it a cult classic when it launched over a decade ago. Meanwhile, the Warhead 6 Re-Up revives the 5” x 58 semi-pressed perfecto, praised by many as the most balanced and complete of the Warhead lineage. Further differentiating the Warhead 11 from the Re-Up blends, the Warhead 11 features the series' modernized Nicaraguan-grown version of the wrapper, while the revived blends return to their Connecticut Broadleaf roots.
