La Gloria Cubana Serie R in Review
It took me a little while to start smoking the La Gloria De Cubana Serie R. Why? Because the leaf is beautiful and rather shiny compared to other cigars. After the first couple of puffs, I noticed there was much more smoke than I expected. Even outside the smoke output was great. The ash held together nicely and looked kind of flaky. The flavor was a little hard to pick up on, in the beginning. I almost thought it was a mild bodied cigar.
Then, about halfway through, the Serie R turned into a sweet raisin and nutty treat. As I got towards the end, there was a hint of chocolate which blended in perfectly. The gradual and smooth transition throughout this smoke was something that t I had not experienced before. I did notice that the burn was not even. But, with a little rotation that minor issue went away. I would definitely suggest La Gloria De Cubana Serie R to people who are branching out of the mild spectrum and looking to explore and expand their palate. The Serie R would also be an interesting smoke for those people who are looking for something different to enjoy.

This review is great to read and I’m loving the detail and presentation of this picture. It make you feel refreshed. I would definitely like to pair this cigar with a nice Black eyed Susan and a delicious appetizer. Can’t wait to read more!!👍🏼
