What began as a fun-spirited collaboration of premium tobacco and biker culture has blossomed into one of the most popular non-traditional premium cigar collections in America! We're speaking, of course, about the Deadwood Tobacco Company's partnership with Drew Estate.
The festivities were kicked off in 2012, with Drew Estate crafting an irresistible smoking experience known as Sweet Jane. The cigars were sold through Deadwood's tobacconist location in South Dakota during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, proceeding to sell like wildfire, with demand growing throughout the country.
Cigar enthusiasts got their way, with the Deadwood collection growing to include a wide range of offbeat sizes, collectively known as the Yummy Bitches. This includes the original Sweet Jane, joined by Fat Bottom Betty, Crazy Alice, and Leather Rose. These "sisters" arrive with similar tobacco recipes, tweaking the blend to accommodate each unique format. This includes a premium maduro wrapper and an exotic concoction of undisclosed binder/filler ingredients from DE's prized tobacco vaults. As a finishing touch, each cigar is gently kissed with a sweetened cap, making for a largely traditional experience with a lip-smacking sweetness that lingers through each finish. Leather Rose is the spiciest of the bunch, though each size brings general characteristics of rich chocolate, earth, mocha, leather, and vanilla sweetness.

Affectionately dubbed the "yummy bitches", the entire Deadwood line is definitely worth the price of admission. Drew Estate claims they're not infused, but they're definitely sweeter than your average stick. No doubt they've at least sweetened the tip; which only adds to the pleasurable smoking experience. I find these mild to almost medium bodied. Newbies and old-timers all seem to love changing it up with these beauties.
