Crowned Heads expands its Blood Medicine lineup with the B-Positive LE 2025, a bold evolution of the series. First introduced in 2015 as an event-only cigar, Blood Medicine has since grown into a limited-edition favorite. The B-Positive marks the blend’s biggest shift yet, swapping the Ecuadorian Habano wrapper for a Nicaraguan Corojo leaf while keeping the Ecuadorian binder and Nicaraguan fillers intact.
This new expression pushes the profile into darker, richer territory while keeping the line’s signature balance—and as the name suggests, there’s plenty to <em>B-Positive</em> about. Rolled at the D’Hatuey factory (aka Tabacalera Pichardo) in Estelí, the cigar comes in a single 6” x 52 toro format, limited to just 2,400 boxes of 12.
Expect a medium-to-full-bodied experience with layered notes of earthy spice, roasted nuts, and charred oak, rounded out by pepper and a touch of natural sweetness. B-Positive refines the Blood Medicine formula while delivering a deeper, more commanding expression of the blend.
