Asylum has never been shy about pushing the boundaries, whether it’s through oversized ring gauges or unconventional naming of brands. The latest curveball? Split Personality—a flavored Honduran puro that leans hard into dessert territory by mimicking a banana split (yes, you read that right).

The cigar is made entirely from Honduran tobacco and rolled at CLE’s factory in Honduras. While the specifics of the infusion process remain close to the vest, the end result isn’t subtle: banana, caramel, almond, and even a hint of mint and strawberry all swirl together in a way that’s as unorthodox as it is indulgent. Still, it doesn’t come across like a novelty stick. There’s a surprising richness running beneath the surface (cocoa, toasted nuts, and creamy sweetness), bringing a sense of structure to the sundae theme.
