I love the deep V cut this thing offers. The only downside is that it does wear after a couple years of use but you can't expect them to stay sharp forever. Especially when you use it a bunch. I may be the oddball here but i use this cutter for smaller ring gadgets cigars only. I almost never use this Cutter type for anything above 48-50 ring gauge.
