Received my first order from Smoke Inn, and can't tell you how impressed I am with their customer service. Opened to box to not only find my cigars, but also a cool Smoke Inn hat, and a hand written note thanking me for my business. A first class experience all the way! I also love their selection of cigars, it's like being a kid in a candy store! I have found my new home for buying cigars, and they have a new dedicated customer. Keep up the great service!

You guys continually knock it out of the park with customer service. I got my order on time/as ordered, with unexpected gift included and personal note. I belong to a cigar group of 25 plus guys and I keep throwing your name out to encourage these guys to try you out. I order two cigarobsession samplers plus one weekend special. All works really fine, nice atention and very reliable.
I got my habanos in less than a week and the package was total pro service, with humidity bags that works really well, all the habanos arrives without any problem and in perfect shape

Just a note to say thanks for your great customer service. My order was delayed a few days because an item sold out but I got an email explaining the delay. When I got my order yesterday everything was in order and packed completely. A hand written note saying thanks for my order and a free hat that looks totally cool. You all are the best. Let me start by saying that I am also in retail and customer service is ALWAYS what separates the good from the bad. Pricing is important, but C/S is imperative. That said, I recently ordered a box of 601 Bunker Buster and a couple of Illusione 5 packs. Typically, orders arrive within a few days. I had this order shipped to my work so there'd be no chance of it being stolen from my porch. A week goes by and I'm wondering if there was an issue with the postal service or maybe a back order. I called SmokeInn and the rep was genuinely concerned and told me he'd look into it. Within an hour (wow) he called back and said everything had been shipped but had no idea what happened from there. I was obviously disappointed but knew it wasn't their fault. I was prepared to re-order, however the rep said they would re-send the order...no questions asked, and if I didn't receive it within a couple of days, let him know. Unbelievable!! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND PRICING. What more could anyone ask for. He through in a half dozen more of the 601's to boot...COOL. Thanks again
