They forgot to send one box of my order (never happened before) and they refunded me + gave me a gift certificate to make up for the savings I would have gotten due to a promotion. | I just received second order from Smokeinn and i will say the service is out standing with great shipping. After placing my order, my selection went on back order, they not only restocked quickly (Days), but upgraded my shipping to make sure I had my order within the original shipping window. It is nice to see a company that still thinks of the customer.
