| I heard about SmokeInn via a good friend when I asked where to get the Anarchy. I logged in, nailed two boxes, and was tickled. The next day I got a call from Michael, the GM of SmokeInn who wanted to thank me personally for ordering, and chat. What a surprise, and what wonderful personal service! I was taken aback.

I have been ordering from the usual suspects (JR Famous CI etc. ), but the offer you I just took advantage of,the super bowl special,(huidor and 30 cigars) . The hand written thank you note was something I never would have expected. It shows you care. Also, the packaging with the humi-packs was something that your competitors could take note of. And lastly, I did not ask for a freebie but you sent me a quite decent cutter! I took the box outside to dump the "popcorn"i into my garbage can and heard something hit the bottom. I had to dig through my garbage to find the cutter. What a surprise! How can I seriously look to your competition now? You've sold me big time!
