| I just received an order I placed last week, and I wanted to shoot you guys an email to say thanks. I ordered a box and a 5-pack of Tatuaje Anarchys. I received not only the cigars I ordered, but also a Smoke Inn hat and one of the Tatuaje Anarchy hats. That was so awesome of you guys, I want you to know I really do appreciate it. But the thing that got me the most, and the main reason I'm emailing you, is the hand-written note from Mr. Walstrom. It really means alot to me for someone to take the time in this ever-increasingly digital age to stop and jot down a handwritten note to express his gratitude for my purchase. For the past couple of years, I have only patronized two online cigar retailers, due mainly to some bad experiences with other companies. Honestly, I ordered from your site only because I am a pretty big Tatuaje fan, and this is the only place to get the Anarchy. That being said, I value customer service very highly, at times even more so than the prices. As of today, my list of online cigar retailers has grown to three. I came for the Anarchy's, but I am staying because of the small (but to me, very significant) gesture made by your general manager. Again, thank you. | I have been a cigar smoker for many years. As part of my job I traveled to many areas of the USA and I made it a habit to visit many cigar shops. Alot of these shops now do mail order. Smoke Inn is one of the very best. They sell at honest prices and treat you like you are standing in the shop making the purchase. You can't expect any more. Good honest people and prices. | Just received my first order from you and I am impressed with the speed of handling and shipment. As a 38 year veteran of the US Postal Service I am also pleased to see that you use the USPS Priority Mail. I hope this is working out for you and your customers. I do not regularly order on line as I like to support my local smoke shop but they do not seem to stock what I like or they do not get a very large shipment and are usually out by the time I get there. I had heard so much about your "Anarchy" so I had to try it for myself. I must say I smoke a lot of Tatuaje products by Pete Johnson and I am impressed. What a great smoke!!! | I just left your Port St. Lucie store and watched the NCAA Florida vs BYU game. I met Larry, Dave, Bill, Jody, Doug and Steve your store manager. The boys made me feel very welcome and we had lots of laughs. Purchased a box of MAXX and the lighter and additional pack of Alec Bradleys made for a great deal.
