| What great customer service. I ordered a box of cigars online and received them very quickly. I was also surprised to find a hand written "thank you" letter with my order. I have been purchasing cigars online for many years (Due to my lack of time) and never received a thank you letter. You clearly deserve all my business and you will be getting it. I plan on stopping in to have a smoke as soon as I get some free time.

| The personal notes with each order are simply amazing. That is way above and beyond standard customer service, and I am always humbled when I see the folded note with my name on it in the box.
I just ordered two sets of a sampler after ordering one a few weeks earlier; I meant to say in my note, "It was such a good deal, I had to order it again!" I will continue ordering from Smoke Inn, and hope to visit the store(s) in Florida for an in-person visit sometime soon. Great service all around, great prices - thanks for all you do! | What a great company. I ordered one of the SI Super 12 deal and got some great cigars. They made a mistake in mixing up the Montecritso's so I contacted them just to let them know(. thought it was maybe a glitch or something) They told me to keep the wrong cigars they sent me and sent me the right ones free of charge. Could you find better service? I think not!

| My father passed away in February and had a love for fine cigars. I contacted Isy at Smoke Inn and asked for his input on something smooth that a group of cigar rookies might be able to smoke as we shared stories of my father. Not only did he get me a quality cigar at a great price but also designed a custom memorial band with my father's picture and birth/death years. This is my second order from Smoke Inn and it certainly will not be my last. I truly don't plan to buy a cigar at liquor store again! I will use Smoke Inn over and over again as well as promote to all my friends! Thank you guys so much!

| I would like to give a huge thank you to Smoke Inn, especially for their superb customer service. They called to make sure that they were shipping my order to the right address, which no other cigar site has done to me before. I also want to thank them for their "Super 12 Packs," which allowed me to get a great assortment of cigars for less than half the retail price.
