Fernández’s San Lotano factory, Protocol Eliot Ness Natural features a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper and binder, with fillers consisting of Nicaraguan Criollo leaves. The Protocol Eliot Ness Maduro is Nicaraguan puro as well, being quick to stand out with a rarely-seen Nicaraguan Broadleaf wrapper. This gritty maduro leaf surrounds a Habano binder and Nicaraguan Corojo leaves throughout the filler.
