The seventh annual release of La Flor Dominicana's fan-favorite football-themed cigar is here! That's right, each year, beginning in 2015, LFD has crafted unique smoking experiences for a certain, shall we say, mega bowl in the realm of professional football (that's about as close as we're legally allowed to go with this "game that shall not be mentioned").
As with previous releases, LFD has rolled an extremely limited number of Special Football Edition 2021 cigars, being offered exclusively by tobacconists within the state hosting the Big Game (i.e. Tampa, Florida). This year's cigar has been rolled in a unique 5½" x 63 format, boasting a shapely belicoso-style head. The recipe includes an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Connecticut trimmings (i.e. the football design and other accents), and all-Dominican binder/fillers. If ever there were the perfect cigar to accompany you and your buddies during a much-needed escape from... you know, basically everything over the course of the last year... THIS IS IT!
LFD's Special Football Edition 2021 offers a medium-full body and loads of flavor from start to finish. Expect nuances of cedar, aromatic florals, caramel, white pepper, and smooth chocolate.
