The Timeless Prestige cigar from Ferio Tego may sound like a new smoke from a new player in the premium cigar scene, but this beauty is actually a time-tested veteran. This cigar got its start in 2012 as the Timeless Collection (later renamed Timeless Dominican before landing on its current Timeless Prestige title), marking the first release from then-up-and-comer Michael Herklots.
When Herklots announced that he would be creating his own Ferio Tego brand in 2021, fans were delighted to see the beloved Timeless Prestige (as well as all other major Nat Sherman lines) come along for the ride. Thankfully, the cigar remains intact (it is timeless, after all), being crafted out of the famed Quesada Cigars factory in the DR and showcasing the same recipe that made it a household name with cigar fanatics. This includes a Honduran wrapper, Dominican binder, and fillers of Nicaragua and the DR. What this amounts to is a tried 'n true experience, offering flavor, enough body to let you know its not jacking around, and dependable construction. Flavors are classic yet punchy, hitting the palate upfront with notes of peppercorn, oak, classic leather, and a cinnamon twist (to keep you taste buds on the alert!).
