As Arcana translates to mean Arcane, this series embraces mystery, unleashing little-known tobacco processing methods for the flavor-craved cigar fanatic. With the limited-edition CAO Arcana Firewalker cigar, the concept homes in on the chincagre method of tobacco aging. The technique is home to farmers of Western Nicaragua, where cured tobacco is placed into pilónes and buried deep in the region's volcanic soil. This process lasts roughly two months, bringing out a natural sweetness and aromatic quality to the Nicaraguan leaves. Finally, the leaves are then bright to the factory for a more traditional secondary fermentation. Along with the Nicaraguan chincagre tobacco throughout the filler, the CAO Arcana Firewalker showcases a Nicaraguan binder and Ecuadorian Habano Rosado wrapper. This makes for a truly unique experience, keeping the palate awake from start to finish, with medium-plus-bodied layers of sweet earth, florals, peppered steak, and a long-lasting Mexican mole-like spice through the retrohale.
