Pepin Garcia, of Tabacalera Garcia, and Nestor Miranda, of Miami Cigar & Company, have combined forces to re-blend the original brand that bears his name, Nestor Miranda Special Selection Cigars. Carefully hand crafted in Nicaragua, the long-filler mixture of Nicaraguan and Costa Rican tobaccos is extensively aged, and provides a medium to full-bodied bouquet of flavor. The smoke is rich and woody, with a delightful coffee component and a unique touch of sweetness on the finish.
In Celebration of his 20th anniversary, a special limited edition Twentieth Anniversary cigar under the Nestor Miranda Special Selection label was produced called the Danno. It measures 7 x 56, packed in boxes of twenty. and available in two different wrappers, Habano Rosado (medium) and Habano Oscuro (full bodied). The cigars are made in Esteli, Nicaragua, and only 1,000 boxes of each type of Danno have been produced.
